When a call is over a limit

A call over the rate is answered 429 with retry-after, and every answer to a valid key carries x-ratelimit-limit, x-ratelimit-remaining and x-ratelimit-reset.

A body over its size is refused 413, and a file with more of something than a route takes is refused with the unit and the limit named, before any of it is worked.

An answer that would be larger than the API can return is refused 413 answer_too_large, never cut short.

Limits this page does not read

The time a call has to be answered in is set in the API's deployment, not in a module, so it is not read onto this page.
A webhook destination's own deliveries a minute are set in a module this page's build does not read; a delivery refused by it says the figure.
A text box on Medicare's appeal forms holds what the form's own box holds; that limit sits in the module that draws the form, which this page's build does not read, and a refusal for it names the figure.
